the skies have become silver and smokey these days but this is not as new as you might think. “In his 1968 article, How to Wreck the Environment, Professor Gordon J. F. MacDonald of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at the University of California, Los Angeles describes the use of weather as a weapon “peculiarly suited for covert or secret wars…Such a ‘secret war’ need never be declared or even known by the affected populations. It could go on for years with only the security forces involved being aware of it. The years of drought and storm would be attributed to unkindly nature and only after a nation were thoroughly drained would an armed take-over be attempted.” (“The Governance of Geoengineering 2025”)

Too many of us are still unaware of the huge amount of weather engineering that we have all become increasingly in effect of. It is becoming more known, however, as ten states are in process preparing anti-geoengineering legislation. Their intention is to protect their constituents from further negative effects on regional climate, continued ocean acidification, ozone depletion, effects on plants, and human error.

Additionally, nato which is not an elected organization or in any way qualified to lead environmental protection, played a key role in influencing the creation of worldwide air quality policy and standards.

What is being sprayed into our skies warrants wider public scrutiny.
